Ambassador Thomas L. Siebert Joins Balaton as a Senior Advisor

July 7, 2008 – TORONTO, ON Balaton Group Inc. is pleased to announce that Ambassador Thomas L. Siebert has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.

“We are excited about Ambassador Siebert becoming a member of our team of Senior Advisors,” stated Robert Kubbernus, CEO of Balaton Group Inc. “He has extensive international business expertise at the highest level plus significant world-wide political, business and financial contacts.  To date, Ambassador Siebert has helped shape and direct both Balaton and our business assets and we are looking forward to even greater assistance moving forward.”

Mr. Siebert was appointed United States Ambassador to Sweden in 1994 by President Bill Clinton and served in this capacity until 1998. In 1998, he was appointed chairman of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference. Currently, he is an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, where he concentrates his practice in the international and domestic telecommunications and information technology business sectors.
