April 28, 2008 – TORONTO, ON – Robert Kubbernus, Chief Executive Officer of Balaton Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Dawn Cole to VP & Asset Manager.
Ms. Cole joined Balaton as Project Manager in September 2006 and was quickly promoted to Director, Asset Development. Leveraging her experience as a business leader with renowned corporations such as IBM, DEI Management Group and Fischer International, she leads her team in the development and execution of strategies that advance the growth of Balaton’s assets. Her ability to manage multifaceted business issues and her creative approach to strategy has enabled Ms. Cole to exhibit her business acumen and dedication to developing Balaton’s portfolio holdings.
“Ms. Cole brings years of expertise in building and managing companies,” said Mr. Kubbernus. “She has the drive and work ethic that is needed to head up portfolio holdings. She has made a significant impact in our organization and we expect more great things from her as VP & Asset Manager.”
Ms. Cole will directly oversee the development of specific Balaton initiatives most notably, VictoriaGrey LLC, an urban redevelopment firm.
