April 21, 2008 – TORONTO, ON – Robert Kubbernus, Chief Executive Officer of Balaton Group announced today the promotion of Brogan Taylor to VP & Asset Manager.

Previously in his capacity as Analyst and most recently as Associate, Mr. Taylor focused his attention on providing expertise on Balaton’s financial strategies and investment opportunities, while playing a key role in several of Balaton’s portfolio companies. His success at managing the complex financial and logistic issues that often surround Balaton opportunities, have allowed Mr. Taylor to demonstrate his dedication and ability to effectively execute Balaton strategies.
